Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement pair within 3-5 business days.
